Meet Dr. Kim Fitzgerald-Turner
Dr. Kimberly Fitzgerald-Turner is a highly respected and deeply compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner based in Stone Mountain, Georgia. With over 35 years of experience in the medical field—and more than a decade as a Family Nurse Practitioner—Dr. Kim has become a trusted healthcare provider for patients of all ages. Her journey into medicine began with a simple but powerful desire: to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
After graduating from Decatur High School in 1983, she pursued her calling at Georgia State University, earning her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) in 1990. Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Clayton State University in 2000, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2014. She reached the pinnacle of her academic journey in 2022, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, also from Walden University.
What sets Dr. Fitzgerald-Turner apart is her holistic, patient-centered approach. She doesn’t just treat symptoms—she treats the whole person. Whether managing chronic conditions or providing routine wellness exams, she takes the time to listen, understand, and tailor care to each individual’s needs. Her patients consistently praise her for her warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

Brianna London is a proud Decatur, Georgia native and a graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned her B.A. in English. With a strong background in writing, digital marketing, and customer service, Brianna brings both creativity and strategic expertise to the team. Her passion for communication and helping others shapes the exceptional experience she provides to every patient.
Jazmine W
lead medical assistant
Jazmine Williams, a Decatur native, holds a B.A. in Health & Science and is currently pursuing her nursing degree. She is on track to graduate in 2027 with her B.A. in Nursing. Jazmine is dedicated to patient care and driven by her passion for healthcare, bringing enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong academic foundation to the clinic.

Dr. Courtney Shelton, MD
Internal Medicine Specialist
Dr. Courtney Shelton, originally from Detroit, Michigan, earned his Medical Doctorate from Michigan State University and completed his residency at Hurley Medical Center. He is a Board-Certified Internist currently practicing in Atlanta with Shelton Hospitalist Group and affiliated with Atlanta Medical Center Wellstar.
Dr. Shelton also serves as the Medical Collaborator for Rock Primary Care & Wellness Clinic, where he brings extensive clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach to care.
